★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love Thai Express, but this location is truly terrible. I live close by so I've gone several times, and I always leave disappointed. The noodle boxes taste like dirt - they don't put nearly enough sauce. Don't waste your money, go to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai Express is my favourite place to eat pad thai. However, this location sucks! When I arrived here were no one around to serve, I had to wait for a while. I ordered fish pad thai, and they put 1 single piece of fish. The guy was not even smiling and just said "yes?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst location! No sauce, no meat. Our meal was 85% old, hard rice. Ordered a kids meal for my child and it was spicier than my own peanut stir fry... which I asked to be made extra spicy. Continued giving it a shot, as I’m in the neighbourhood but no more. It’s just consistently bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was plentiful, large portions as usual with this franchise. Taste was excellent with great ingredient selection, perfectly cooked and great balance of flavour.
Service was fast and helpful, ice water is also provided. Shared building and owner with the Sushi shop next door.
Washrooms were clean. Great place for groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is brutal. Probably not a good idea for the cooks to fight over how to make the food and how they were mixing up orders so loudly. You guys gotta realize that your customers are all standing right there.
I stood there for 15 min until they realized that I was there to pick up an order. It was done before I got there, it was just sitting in the counter. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever meal I’ve had from any Thai Express. Don’t ever order from this location as my Pad Sew was dry, the vegetables weren’t cooked, there were about 4 pieces of chicken and mostly just noodles. I’ve eaten at many different locations throughout the city and always had the same great food. This location not so much.
