★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost don't want to write this because I want to keep Kaleb available to help me out when I need help - especially because I take up so much of his time. But I will write this anyway, since he clearly deserves this recognition. Whenever I go to TELUS at Rideau, I only go to him. It's not that you shouldn't go to anyone else there, it's just that I started with him and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. So why try anyone else? Kaleb doesn't give you information that will necessarily increase his commission, he gives you information that is best for you. And he is patient. Plus he gives you information you may not ask for, but need to know. Excellent customer service. Fantastic communication. And that's what you want from a communications store that deals with customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad service this afternoon at this location , the Assistant Manager i think his name Ben ; he was not patient at all . I told him why you are not patient , he didn't like it and called the security . i am not surprised why they change staff all the , i spoke to the Head Office and they said there was no reason to loose his patience . He said to me , if i complain about him ; he doesn't care . I will post his picture soon.

Not only did he save me a pile of money with a better plan, but it reminded me why I’ve been with the company so long and especially why I prefer coming into the store for service. Such a lovely experience. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the Rideau Centre Telus today after my phone fell, broke, and stopped working. My contract wasn't up for renewal until mid September, but the gentleman I dealt with, Murray, was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I paid as little as possible today, but walked out with a phone in hand. As a single mom, out of the blue expenses like this are a big deal. Murray was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and in my opinion went above and beyond for me today. Thank you Murray and the staff at Telus Rideau for your help today!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 5 stars because of the absolutely amazing service that Tyler gave my partner and I when we went it to upgrade our plans last week.
Just to note, this was the THIRD location we visited (we went to St. Laurent & bayshore), & the only reason we went there is because the other locations were out of the stock of the phones we wanted. But the service here was such a noticeable difference!! Tyler was so well informed, he not only helped us get the plans we actually wanted, but we both ended up getting newer phones than we originally planned for. We really couldn't have asked for better service!
Note: He serviced us at the Koodo store and if we weren't already existing customers we would've switched based on the service we got at the previous locations. It was that bad. But we got such great service from him that we had to leave a review to highlight it.
P.S. Thanks again for everything Tyler, we really appreciated your service.
