★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have banked with several financial institutions in Canada and I find TD to be the best thus far. I find TD branches to be very conveniently located and no matter which city I am in, I am always received with great customer service.
The difference between great customer service and outstanding customer service was proven to my family and I by the members of the TD Canada Trust Branch on 760 St. Albert Trail.
The staff, Fahim, Kelsi, David are always there to help me with any questions I have and are always very helpful.
Fahim is very patient and efficient at the same time. He listens carefully to my questions and responds to them thoughtfully.
David has been outstanding in explaining my investment options and is very meticulous and organized with his work.
Kelsi Badham has impressive phone etiquette and a great knack for customer service.
Although TD has several branches in St. Albert and all over Edmonton, I always prefer to go to the above St. Albert branch for the OUTSTANDING experience.

This has become a growing trait with this company . It would be nice to see with times where people have very little money, to have a bank that doesn't continually charge me over 80$ a month for a normal account . Don't bank with them . I will be moving all of my account to ALBERTA TREASURERY BANK . I just can't believe they are taking the last of leoples money now with HIDDEN BANK FEES ? wow td low ball, GREASY move . I really hope to hear less and less.people use TORONTO DOMINION. ? THIS COMPANU HAS BEEN LINKED TO THE CLINTON ORGANIZATION, so it does have some underlining issues ..this is the PY one start review I have ever gave and I really wish I could give them negative stars .. have a great day and do not use td 2 things to live by .
