★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done banking with several banking institutions over the years and ATB has been the only one that truly works FOR its clients. When my daughter needed a car loan for a used car that was older than 7 years, she was offered a 12% interest rate loan by her financial institution that she had been with for 20 years. She spoke with ATB St Albert North, where she received a loan with a loan with a much better interest rate. ATB really does Walk the Talk when they say, "Banking that works FOR people". I don't hesitate to recommend ATB to my friends and family for all their financial services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelson Braz went above and beyond to help me solve a rather difficult issue with my Capital One MC. For some reason Capital put my account on hold when I pay my bills (in full) every month. They (Capital) had an internal issue, which was not my fault nor was this the ATB's fault but it took many long phone conversations (long waits on hold). I elevated the issue to a supervisor level but that didn't seem to help. After a few frustrating days, Nelson offered to call Capital directly. The next day after Nelson called them, Capital called me back and apologized for their internal error. If this was not my Costco card I would have shredded it for good. Thanks Nelson Braz for going above and beyond the call of duty. Nick Agius

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I (and our business) have been with ATB for over 30 years. We have always received excellent service and are always greeted by name. Last month I needed help with a situation on my mother and my joint account. They went the extra mile to help me straighten things out and their kindness should be recognized. So, THANK YOU, Donna, Renee and Leonie!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved all my financial needs from Scotiabank (which I was at nearly 30 years) to ATB North and I wish I would have made the move much sooner. The friendly staff at ATB North are amazing, customer service is excellent, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend ATB North to my friends and family for all their financial services. Proud to be an ATB client!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's experience was terrible. I'd gone in with the request to print out statements for tax and divorce processes. I was talked to as if I was a second class citizen and was then told it would take days to handle such a request and at a cost of 10.00 per page.
Spruce grove location handled my request with smiles and polite ness and it was a free service to a valued client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samantha Khaw was very rude the second I walked up to the counter. She didn’t smile or show any good customer service and had a rude attitude the entire time. Not impressed and it was defiantly the worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always had pleasant experiences. Today was terrible. The lady was cold, rude, ignored my questions and stared at me like I was criminal. It kind of wrecked my day. I’m worried to go back in there now, I don’t want to deal with this woman again.
