J	Josh Hrushka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specifically for the Pharmacy staff. My roommate got her vaccine two days ago and said she didn't even feel the needle. Props to them (specifically Linda) for having a soft touch. Good work offering the vaccine!
C	Chantal Brousseau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived there 7 minutes before closing time and a man, stood with his arm crossed at the door and rudely said that the store was close. When I mentioned that there was time left, he just repeated himself. I knew I had time since I was just getting veggies that I was missing for my recipe. He didn't let me in. No nice "sorry we are close" just rude. I took a picture of him and hopefully the store manager can give him a lesson on manners. Not interested in going back to a store that hires such rude people. Edit: This guy that was blocking the door didn't wear any security vest or clothes from the store. I didn't look close enough to see if he had identification.
D	Darryl Molloy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this location - it's well worth the trek from downtown Edmonton. It's a great location with great value that Save-Om Foods is known for. All the staff were adhering to Covid-19 protocols which was comforting to see. In addition, very helpful to people who aren't familiar with the layout of the location. More notable is the the family feel on Save-Om in general. Each location I've visited has always had that small town feeling where you are welcomed. Definitely will be returning to further explore and I highly recommend the visit!
D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like every Save on Foods, The St Albert North store goes above and beyond. The delivery aspect is at an especially high standard when it comes to customer service. Very professional, friendly and personable. They get it right every time! It's a pleasure doing the online shopping with the St Albert Norths store. I would highly recommend trying the online shopping to anyone. Just like the shopping experience in person is always top notch, the online aspect is amazing and fun. Thank you for your hard work Save On Foods St Albert North.

They're always extremely slow - understaffed, inexperienced young kids. Also, they are by far the most overpriced of all grocery stores. It's a nice and clean establishment but I loathe shopping here.

When I finally went to use it the balance was $0 because it wasn’t activated (the receipt showed that it had been activated). The first two managers I talked to on Saturday didn’t seem to care about the problem and didn’t seem to want to help fix the problem. I had to come back in on Monday. Colleen W(customer service representative) and the manager (I think his name was Jaime) where both very pleasant to deal with and had the problem solved in less than 10 minutes. People and computers make mistakes, that’s just life. It only becomes a problem if it’s not dealt with properly. Tho it’s unfortunate I had to talk to 3 different managers, in the end I was very happy with how this situation was resolved.
A	Annie Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage store. Went here and bought tortillas April 7th 2021. The next day I went to go eat them, I open the package and there is nothing but mold. I noticed the package said best before date was March 21, 2022. I know I should have checked prior to buying but I was in a rush & just didn't check this time however, the fact they have items sitting on the shelf with best before dates 3 weeks prior is gross.
