★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best hair store in the St.Albert and Edmonton area I've ever been to. Great quality, incredible affordable prices, amazing customer service experience from the owner. I've literally been to most wigs stores in Edmonton, and none measures up to this store.
You've tried the rest, now try the best.
Don't waste your time at those other wig store, go check it out.
you won't leave disappointed. I know I haven't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ShaySimone is one in a million! She took a very difficult day and made it all better. As a cancer patient chemo was taking the hair away, it felt like every time I moved a handful would come out.
I went in and was made to feel like she had just been waiting for me to walk into her store.
She is kind, comforting and a true angel. I will be forever grateful I entered her store and would recommend her to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I even start to explain how wonderful the owner is. I found her store online and thought I would stop by. I had just purchased my first wig elsewhere, BIG MISTAKE, and was lost and having so much difficulty. I was diagnosed with alopecia and should have done my research on what SHOULD have been done prior to getting a wig.
From the moment I stepped into ShaySimone, I felt listened to, and she genuinely wanted to help. She took me in the back, gave me some much needed tips, and explained why I was having so much difficulty ie. wig was size XL on my medium head, band was sewn backwards on one side and too loose etc. I could have just cried....but she fixed it up the best she could, which I was extremely grateful for as I spent a large amount of money on it.
We started the conversation about purchasing another, which was all me as she didn’t want me to spend any more money. Definitely could see and feel that she cared more about me and my feelings than just getting me to spend money in her store. She sent me away to think about it and to come back another day, which I did to discuss the different types and styles that would work best.
Her heart and knowledge is amazing to say the least. I can’t wait to get my new wig from someone that actually wants you to be happy and enjoy the confidence it will give me back after hair loss. I would recommend, and already have, to anyone looking for wigs. See you soon my friend ?

Shay spent a lot of time with me demonstrating wide assortment of the different products until I was able to make a final decision with my purchase.

She listens to her clients with compassion and is eager to learn from her clients, seemingly understands their fears and needs, and she does her absolute best to give advice in helping her clients decide on what they need to help them feel their best. There is no pressure to buy and she spends a lot of time helping her clients feel relaxed and at ease.

I googled Shay’s store and saw her reviews and I can say wholeheartedly that this woman is amazing. She took the time to help me on two occasions. She found me items within my budget and accessories to assist with the care. I can’t say enough about how much she helped me and the experience of walking into her store is one that I’ll never forget.
