★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banked with BMO for years and have never had any issues. It’s easy to get in for appointments, the service I have received has always been great. This branch itself is a little understaffed at times but over all they take good care of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I went in to the ST ALBERT MISSION HILL PLAZA branch and the ASIAN lady (suspected branch manager) asked for my ID which at the time included an IDENTIFICATION CARD and a SIN. she declined my requests and then SCANNED and PHOTOCOPIED my SIN, she was a really rude and greasy ASIAN lady and I suspect she stole my identity. I need to know the name of the Asian and if she still works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are at BMO right now. Still in line. Only 1 cashier open and there is a long line. People are coming at the door and turning back when they see how many people are waiting in line. If Google knows it's as busy as it gets, why doesn't BMO put more cashier?!
Update* they finally added one more cashier....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 person line up at 10 am. 2 kiosks open. 35 minutes to get to the teller. Just read their profits, fairly certain they could afford to staff it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to deal with!!! Never enough staff, long lines, better off driving into Edmonton if you want to waste your day!!! There is a lady that always comes to the line and has to see why you are there and the insists that you could just use the machine. Lady… it’s none of your business, if I tell you I want to see the teller, then leave me alone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come here if you have anything to do for the rest of the day. You're better off driving 20 mins away as you will save time that way!
There's over a dozen employees on site but rarely enough people at the counter to handle the through put. If you don't have an appointment you are not welcome here. Since it's the only location in St.Albert you don't really have a choice other than to try to avoid this place like the plague. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking institution to deal with. Started a new job that pays by cheque through BMO so I opened an account with them. First time I tried to cash my paycheck they told me they would hold it for 5 business days for "security reasons" even though it was a company cheque through BMO. Went to another branch instead and had no issues. A few weeks later tried to take my second paycheck there to cash and explained how another branch cashed it just fine and this time they told me it would be held for 30 business days!!!! because that's just how they do things and it would be illegal for them to release the funds right away. Each time I have dealt with the Asian branch manager that some reviews refer to as "greasy" and yes she does seem like a con artist. No other bank would hold a company paycheck that was through them for any length of time because they can verify the funds. But this one will try to hold for up to 30 days if they can. Somehow that can't be legal.
