Great hours and convenient location. Lines are usually short and fast-moving. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Never had any issues with this branch of TD and I really like their new ATMs that let you choose what bill denominations you want for the withdrawal. Been with TD for more than 20 years and always satisfied.

We asked for an appointment for business direct investing account. They booked us with a young lad and found out we were booked for TFSA investing. This was the third time it has happened with this branch, 2 times prior there were issues with wrong bookings, and work being incomplete. So we made a fuss and the person dealing with us went to his manager to resolve issues. And wow, then we understood why this branch is so incompetent. This assistant manager had no conflict resolution skills, in fact he was very skillful at being arrogant and not being interested. It explains their incompetence, recurrent mistakes, as arrogance and unwillingness to listen only leads to more mistakes in future. Needless to say, we are taking our banking somewhere else. Based on our experience multiple times, we would strongly advise to not do banking at this branch

Absolutely awful location for customer service. I have been a customer of TD since 2002 and I recently went to cash my cheque (cheques I have on file and have cashed at this location before) and I had the teller (Paige) tell me that she would not be cashing my cheque and if she did I would be waiting the 5 day business period. I informed her I had been banking with TD for 17 years and she completely dismissed me and even denied simply looking at my government issued ID as banking and personal verification. It wasn’t until I informed her and the branch manager that I was filming on my phone for social media purposes at the completely unhelpful and dismissive attitude that the TD staff were showing a 17 year customer and refusing my business and refusing to serve me with the respect and dignity that all clients are deserving and quite frankly paying service fees for. When they were aware I was filing they then cashed my work pay. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful staff.

Due to the Pandemic I waited outside for my turn to do my banking. The girls taking care of the customers outside were friendly and attentive. Once inside I presented a cheque that I wanted to deposit into my account. It was a fairly large cheque from one of the biggest car dealerships in town but I wasn’t too concerned because I have all of my accounts, car loan and line of credit at this branch and have never had a problem. The young teller told me it was above his limit so he would have to get an okay from his boss. When he came back he said his boss said there would have to be a hold on the cheque. I explained to him that I’d never had a hold before and it was from a reputable company in town not to mention all of my finances where here. (even with bank machine deposits I’m able to get $2000 back right away) He offered to let me speak to his boss so I did. She didn’t seem to care nor would she call the bank that the cheque was as written from to verify it as she said “they don’t do that anymore”. I tried to explain to her that I needed the money that evening for another financial commitment but she wouldn’t budge. I was disgusted that they didn’t even seem to care about my situation whatsoever so I asked for the branch manager. He come out to talk to me and his body language spoke volumes. I could tell that he was irritated and didn’t care what my situation was. He had no intention on helping me. He told me to take the cheque to the bank that it was written from which, if anyone knows about banking, there is no way a financial institution is going to cash a substantial cheque for a non client. I told him that and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “oh well, we’re holding it”. I asked for the cheque back and told him that I was going to call the business that wrote it to see if they could maybe wire the funds to me. As it was the end of the day and they were closing early I didn’t want to get locked out so I told him I wasn’t leaving until I made the call. His exact words to me were “well we’re closing in 1 minute”. His tone was grumpy and he couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried he was more concerned with locking the doors then helping a customer who was in a situation. I have never been spoken to like that at this branch not to mention I felt like I wasn’t even remotely valued as a customer. The branch manager lacks people skills big time!

They book you for appointments and when you go there the representative is on vacation and you get reschedule. And when you call to complain they will say oh we cannot file a complaint cause it was booked online. TD Bank is a joke. As a business owner I am going to close all my accounts with them. Poor management Terrible leader ship Worst customer service

I have checking account this branch i went to get my print out bank statement and i was told to come after two days it will be ready. I went to pick my bank statement and i approached the customer service that i am supposed to pick up my bank statement . She started looking around and there were not printed statement for me. And she immediately print my bank statement and took less than ten minutes and than on first instance i was told to come after two days. I know the teller and i would have reported to the manager but i do not wish someone lose their job a.

Dawn was a kind hearted lady who went over and above for me. I came in and asked to talk with someone pacifically. And then she got a business card for me to get future results. I visited this branch with an inquiry regarding a fee reimbursement. I had switched to a different chequing account after I had enough funds for fee reimbursement and stayed well above the required amount. I didn’t need them to reimburse it that day, and I was fine with waiting, but I just wanted to explain what was going on, and make sure they understood the situation. That is, before I switched the account type, there were days in the statement period where the funds were below the required amount. As I tried to explain my situation, the teller kept cutting me off mid-sentence, and repeating that it was because I didn’t have enough funds in my account for a few days. He rolled his eyes at me, and acted as if I was being a nuisance. I just wanted him to give me a chance to let him know exactly what was going on, so he can provide accurate information. All I wanted to do was to make sure there would be no problem with automatic fee reimbursement next month. When I asked if I could talk to someone else, he was clearly annoyed with me and went to get his supervisor. The supervisor also repeated that my account balance fluctuated without listening to me. The supervisor did resolve the issue in the end but it took me asking them if they can look up when I switched the account. It seemed as if the employees had formed some kind of prejudice about me as soon as I asked about the fee, and did not care to listen to me. I don’t know if they get many people asking for fee reimbursements with no good reason, but even if they do, that does not justify their dismissive and disparaging attitude and behaviour.
