★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first review on Google Maps, and I am leaving it for the LD Maple Ridge location because of the excellent customer experience I had at the PhotoLab there. The manager, Cassidy, has gone extra miles to help my mother who is new to Canada with her orders. My mother felt warmly welcomed and was highly appreciative of Cassidy's kindness and empathy. I am touched by the excellent customer service and the high quality of their prints at LD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest irresponsible pharmacy ever. Was asked to wait for 30 mins and was told I will receive a text. Stood there for 30 mins and yet no response. Walked away as I was getting later for work. After almost an hour, yet no text or call. Prescription was sent the previous evening by the doctor. I needed the meds as they were antibiotics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could get a zero star I would but a single star will do, I went to get a permit on an out of provenance vehicle and forgot I had the registration from my current vehicle in the bag , I then got permit for my current vehicle instead of my out of provenance vehicle and did not notice until I got home. After realizing I quickly went back but then was told I could not get a refund on the mistake, had to pay for another permit and had to wait until the manager was back on Saturday to see if I could get a refund. I call back and explain what had happened, and was told since the permit had expired there is no way for me to get my money back. What a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I try to avoid this London Drugs location but it convenient to where I live and work so sometimes I’m obliged to shop there. I always feel depressed after shopping there as this LD location has such a bad energy. I never feel welcome there and many of staff are surly, particularly at the front checkouts and customer service desk. Even though I live in Maple Ridge, I much prefer to shop at the Coquitlam Centre location, where the staff are friendly and respectful to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tech Lab here is incredible! Their assistant manager Ashley was super personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Their technician Noah was a true professional, ran a comprehensive diagnostic, answered all of my questions and returned my pc to me fully functioning. Definitely recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed on this location, specifically the electronics portion. Basically I want to buy a mouse from the store, the staff pick the product that is “once stolen” and claim that it was new. I believed him and paid for full price. Once I open the box, the stickers was full of dust with stain all over and the product looks much like a second hand. I ended up asking for a refund as it wasn’t worth the full price at all. I would end buy saying that, the overall staff was great and knowledgeable but this is not the best first impression that all customers would expect to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an online order for my film to be digitally developed. Got a phone call from a nice lady letting me know it was done and I just needed an email. So i called them right back to provide them my email. A couple days past, I still don't have my order. So, I called them again to correct it. Still no email. The next day my dad had visited them to check on it and I gave my dad a hand written note with my correct email, still no email. I called them again to correct it…. Still no email. I am usually a very patient person, and I understand sometimes it can get busy, but seriously how hard is it to just get my email right and just give me my photos! That I paid for! I am really upset. I am typing this as I am calling photo lab, AGAIN. Calling for the third time because they would not answer my first two phone calls! Please, I just want my photos!
