M	Miss ShorTy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This locations online grocery pick up staff is amazing. They are quick, friendly, helpful - just really nice people. It makes getting groceries right now that much less painful. Thank you. Highly recommend. Minus one star as the availability of stock is hit and miss sometimes. However I will say they do have pretty decent produce for a WM!

For the population growth in Maple Ridge thru the recent years, this Walmart location has done nothing to keep pace with the growth. Inventory levels at this location have difficulties keeping items on shelves. Seem nearly almost empty everytime I visit there. There are also security issues on site, in and outside of the store. Love to support local shopping but this place is a dive (just like the mall it owns).

Otherwise you need to remember to bring and carry around a bunch of old bags like a hobo when you go into the store . Very inconvenient! a Severe insult and slap in the face to loyal customers.
T	Theodore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store at 5 minutes to closing. The front door was still open and I needed two items. A gentleman at the front door told me I had 2 minutes, before storing closing, when really my iPhone, which we all know are automatically set to the exact time, told me it was 10:55pm. But I said thank you and quickly continued. As I entered the store a woman, by the name of “Git” the store manager, starts yelling, at me, from across the store telling me I had 2 minutes before closing and that the cashes would be closing in 2 minutes. She stood there and argued with me about the time but I continued. As a 48 yr old man that spends 10’s of thousands of dollars every year at this particular Walmart location I have never experience such ridiculous customer service from a store manager by being yelled at because she wants to go home. I had words with this store manager on the way out, as she was still standing at the exit front doors, waiting to go home while talking to several store employees and her mannerisms clearly suggested that I did not matter as she just repeatedly said good night over my voice as I called her out on her very poor customer service. I suggest that Walmart not only gives this woman training in customer service but also has employees paid till 11:30 as there always are and were several customers who were still cashing out. It was now 10:59 when I exited the store. From what I know of Walmart this is not the customer service that originally made Walmart the success it is.
A	Al Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers are great. Quick efficient and friendly. The self-serve doesn't handle cash What's with that if you want to buy one or items and get out in hurry hope someone let's you cut infront of them, I do it .

You might not like the limited selection or the open theft of items happening around you that management is aware of but doesn't address. But there is the occasional helpful employee and it's definitely convenient.
T	Tracey Huffman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go get a few things at Walmart and of course ended up buying a few “ extra” things, like hanging baskets, ? as the prices can’t be beat on most things. The staff are friendly and helpful, and answer my questions or find someone who can answer them. I recommend shopping here- it’s a one stop shop !!
