She has helped me before and always makes my transactions smooth and quick. I will defiantly be back again and recommend your office to my family when they need to get their insurance renewed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this office and dealt with the older lady sitting at the front desk. While she was polite it seemed she was having some sort of issue and wasn’t able to do my insurance herself. She phoned her manager and I guess he tried to help her but he ended up coming in when he was off to fix it. He not only helped me but also helped the other people waiting in line as well. This shows me he truly cares about his customers and staff as well. I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had great experience after visiting Sussex insurance inside Walmart. Jamie was really professional and helpful. Even we had to come back 3 times, in order to get all our paperwork right , he was very patient and understanding. Highly recommend this insurance place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been insuring my motorcycle here, and Gurman was way beyond helpful. She explained me the intricacies of vehicle insurance, went with me through my options and provided advices how I can lower my costs. I guess all this might have taken additional patience from her as all this BC insurance thing is relatively new to me as a new immigrant to Canada, so I had a LOT of questions and misunderstanding, so she really tried to help me understand what's going on and why, and what strategy I can use. I think it was my 4rd time insuring a vehicle in BC, at various brokers, but particularly this experience was the best one. Definitely recommend! Oh, and did I mention that Gurman is extremely charming and polite?
p.s. this office does #beacon insurance for motorcycles.
