★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GET INSURANCE FROM HERE THEY SCREW YOU OVER BY NOT DOING ANYTHING PAST BARE MINIMUM, I'M OUT $300.00 BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO LIFT THERE MASSIVE ARMS OUT OF THEIR CHIP BAGS. TRIED TO GET A REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE, GOOD LUCK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service - as in, absolutely none. Stood in line for about 15 minutes while two employees helped out ONE LADY. I didn't know it takes two people to renew somebody's insurance. No eye contact, No "hello sir, I'll be with you in a minute..." Just basically stood there like a deer. Went to the next-door insurance place instead.

She helped so many clients in such a quick manner. While the other guy took forever. Just want to say how amazing she is and what a fantastic job she does during this time when they are SLAMMING BUSY. She deserves a raise! !!!! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be good, but since the store renovated, the staff have all changed and it's not what it used to be. Brokers here don't seem to know what they are doing if you want anything beyond renewing an ICBC policy.

walked in, transfer paperwork and plates in hand.
everything filled out, ready to remove ex's name from my vehicle and renew.
5 minutes of trying to answer questions, like
"so what do you want to do with these plates?"'' "what's this paperwork for?" and "you need to tell me what you want me to do"...
I finally had to ask . shouldn't it be YOU telling me how we do this?. Your the guy behind the counter?
I realized, even if I told this guy how to do his job.
I was going to come out wondering if I was even properly insured.
I have never had an insurance agent ask me to tell them how to do their job before .
they might be able to do a simple renewal, but bring in transfer papers and they'll stare at it blankly and ask you what it is.
