Vienny nails - Maple Ridge

I Loved everything about my experience. CLEAN, Nice friendly pleasant  environment. What brought me there was the face that they do solar Nails. The technician was very through, especially in the cuticle area. My nails came out beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints.

I have visited this nail salon for approximately 6 months. I've gone between two techs since starting to get my nails done here, Nick and Dave. Dave is new and takes a little longer for fills. He has great concept, just lacks proper training. I had fills done where there was no drilling of the lifted areas that needed to be filled and crazy glue was used instead of product. As for Nick, the most recent fill I had done is ultimately the reason for my review. He was very rough, caused bleeding on multiple nails, rushed me out and then last night, I woke up in the middle of the night and my thumb nail was throbbing. I was sick from the pain. I immediately removed the acrylic nail from my thumb and low and behold, a nasty infection. I called this afternoon to cancel as I have no desire to attend my fill this Saturday with Nick. Whoever answered the phone couldn't understand what I was trying to say and instead of asking someone there to help, he just hung up on me! I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to get their nails done. I would recommend their pedicures though. They are expensive ($70 before tip) but worth it. I would also like to note the other reviews on this page. I have witnessed, in person, Nick making very rude comments and arguing with his staff and customers. My advice to this business would be to train their staff properly so they have a fair shot at providing adequate service and perhaps take the other reviews into consideration to better the business instead of trying to consistently gaslight people and convince us that its fake. I am not fake and I would be more than willing to walk into the salon and read this exact review to the owners face. 12/04/2021 Edit: I went to CMP nails to remove and get a new set of nails and after removing the nails, the photos attached to the review show what we discovered. I called Nik at Vienny nails and told him I was coming to see him to show what he had done. He was fine at first and then started telling me it wasn’t a techs fault. Of course. He then told me he would refund me which was fine. I told him I would take the refund but I was still going back to CMP in two weeks after my nails (pictured) heal properly from the complete mess HE CAUSED. He was about to refund me but asked me to remove my review and words about his staff hanging up on me. I said no, because I was being honest and this was experience. It doesn’t matter what language you speak. Hanging up is hanging up and it’s poor business. He then decided he would no longer refund me! After arguing with me in front of other clients might I add, I walked away because he is a complete waste of my time. No responsibility as an owner and certainly does not care about making things right. I left an honest review the first time and I’m leaving another honest review today. Do not go to this salon. If something goes wrong, they will not make it right.

I love this company. I literally tell them I love them when I visit. First of all every single technician does perfect work and the nails last forever. I have been doing my nails at salons for over 20 years and this is the only shop where the nails consistently don't break off or chip. I always think that they're using some sort of secret ingredients. Some reviewers complain that they are not the fastest place in town, but I believe they're the most popular nail salon in town. They're absolutely slammed and working as fast as they can, so give some extra time when you come here. Thank you Vienny Nails you guys are one of my favorite businesses in town.

I love V’ienny’s! My nails always look perfect and you can tell that everyone there really cares about doing a great job. Very warm and friendly staff. I see some people saying they've had to wait before, I think it really just depends on what time you go. Like every business they have busy hours and slower hours. I always go on weekdays during the first couple of hours that they're open. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. I highly recommend the solar powder.

Super happy with my gel manicure! This was my first time at this salon and compared to others I've been to this one was the best. The man that did my nails did amazing and paid close attention to not mess up which usually isn't my experience at salons lol. My mom got her nails done (also gel) for the first time as well and loved them! We're both super happy and will definitely be going here again :)

Nic was very fast and detailed. He asked me whether I was happy with shape, thickness everything. My nails are all matching In Thickness and smoothness on the top no waves or bumps. Pretty impressed! Best fade I have had in a long time! April update. I’ve been going for awhile now and by far best nails I’ve had, new ombre nails from today. Red/black. Super in love with them ❤️

10/10 recommend!!! they do such a great job and they really care about their customers!! the owner and his wife did my friends and I’s nails and we love them so much. I got acrylic with a  design and it was $55 (that’s a really good price!). they took their time to make sure you were happy with what you are paying for. definitely coming back!!

Vienny Nails is without a doubt the top nail salon in Maple Ridge. Period. The salon itself is so classy and super upscale. But it's all the super talented manicurists that make it so amazing. The tech there all have serious skills and give their best every single time. I got the solar nail for the first time today it's so much faster than acrylic and the nails are way stronger I love it. Got my nails & pedicure done by one of their youngest I feel bad I didn't get his name but he's the super cute young guy with . Idk he did such a great job I'm so happy I'd def recommend him.
