Came in for a trim as they were seriously overgrown and was scared because the last salon I went too butchered my bangs really bad, but Michelle cut them so nice and really gave me my self confidence back. I recommend her for sure. She's very honest too.

N	Nicoli Brogini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could go back in time and have my beautiful hair back. The moment I walked in I knew it was gonna be bad and I don't know why I stayed. The receptionist did not greet anyone, was almost whispering, it was a struggle to hear any word she was saying. I watched other customers telling her they can't hear her and she made no effort to be courteous and greet customers properly. She was rude, short, and kept starring at her phone and texting as I was trying to talk to her. Then the hair stylist Michelle barely said a word to me when we first started the haircut, she called me over to the chair and did not introduce herself or said anything like "how are you?" Is that too much customer service to ask?? I told her I like my hair LONG and please just trim the dead ends and take as little as possible from the length. Well.... She took at least 4 inches off my hair, the left side is 2 inches longer than the right, my layers are butchered, and my hair is absolutely horrible. I cried for 3 days straight and I have no idea how I'm gonna fix it. Not only that, she has a terrible vocabulary, swearing and using foul language (two children were having their haircuts on nearby chairs). She was also making loud comments about my issue with dandruff which made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention her mask was under her nose the whole time. My hair is absolutely horrendous right now, and I have never regretted a decision so much in my life. Never again. Stay away from this place.

Went in with side bangs and shoulder length hair, came out with straight across bangs and uneven hair! She looked at my picture and said that wouldn't look good There was no sectioning of hair or checking for straightness. The conversation was also quite inappropriate. Worst experience ever! Went in the next morning right when they opened to get it "fixed". That lady did a much better job of what I asked for and made it even (she agreed it wasn't even) Although now it is about 2-3 inches shorter than what I wanted and will have to grow my bangs out!
