★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle is absolutely incredible with colour and cuts. I would say one of her top qualities is caring for your hair at the same time as changing up your colour/style. She is extremely friendly and has a great way of making you feel very welcome. I love being able to let her do her thing because I have so much confidence in her experience & skill, you can trust that she will put 110% into your colour, cut, hair care & style!!

I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and she made my hair look exactly like the picture if not better. Tracy was so precise with her work and really seemed to care about making my hair look exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely go back to mix hair lounge to get my hair done by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very nervous of having my hair cut after a few bad experiences, and Tracy is the only stylist I will allow to touch my hair.
She takes her time to listen to exactly what you want and makes sure that you leave with hair the hair style and color that you asked for.
The shop itself is very cozy and clean, offering some nice little gifts as well.
Just a wonderful experience here and with Tracy each time I come.
Highly recommend!
