★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in 2 weeks ago for a spray tan before I went away! Went back in this morning fir another before my nieces wedding! Brought a couple friends with me! What a wonderful experience! Laura is awesome and so accomodating! The place is clean and the service is great! Will definitely go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Phases after my hair had been extremely damaged by another salon. I’m talking felt like hay, cheap bleach damaged. I decided to try and fix it up by going somewhere else.
The vibe in the salon was great! And my hair turned out AMAZING compared to how it was before. The girl who did my hair made it look 10x better! She was really understanding of the situation and did her honest best to make me feel better. Overall I would definitely come back! The ladies are knowledgeable and friendly!!! Great experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a less than adequate job at another salon, I came to Phazes based on outstanding Google ratings and Kala'i didn't disappoint.
Full disclosure, I'm a stylist and sometimes doing another stylist's hair can be intimidating, doing a color correction on a stylist is well...good times. Kala'i listened to me. We figured out a plan on what to do, I trusted all his ideas and the difference is night and day.
He's so bright and charming and the time went by so quickly. He makes you feel like you've been BFFs forever which is an awesome trait for any stylist. I will definitely be back. The salon itself is clean, great lighting, really good playlist (kudos to the Spotify organizer) and all the other stylists are friendly. Their Covid safety protocols are awesome and I felt absolutely safe. Please check Kala'i out. Your hair will look great, and you'll have a fun time getting it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with Katie for a ladies wash and cut, and she didn't wash my hair I'm not sure whose fault that was the receptionist or the hairdressers but I specifically booked a wash and cut. My hair cut did not turn out the way I wanted, she thinned out my hair and cut my layers shorter then chin length like I had asked for, overall I was very disappointed in my service, I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone not worth the $56

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got hybrid lashes done by Jaycee and I couldn't be more impressed. They're absolutely gorgeous, my lash dream has come true. I think my lashes were a little difficult to work with because I have some lashes going in opposite directions, but she was extremely gentle and super friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
