T	Tony Rodney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a solid old school kind of gym. The staff is friendly and informative, the atmosphere is chill and non-intimidating. There's a great variety of equipment to use, the only thing is there's not a huge selection of cardio equipment, definitely more focus on the weight training side. Also, the cable machines are in a real need of upgrading. Otherwise, this is a great local gym at a fantastic price. Edit: Found an extra room upstairs with more cardio equipment plus a space with boxing equipment so that's pretty awesome.

m	mandy w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. I like the atmosphere. People are friendly. The gym has a wide variety of machines, way more options than commercial gyms. The gym is spacious with a few different rooms so it never feels like its overcrowded. The membership prices are completely reasonable.

He’s very involved so you’ll likely see him around often, which is nice to see the owner so involved in his business. He’s always open to answering any questions or concerns you may have. The equipment and the layout give it that old school gym kinda vibe which I love. The stuff is built to last. Anytime there’s been a machine down or broken, it’s attended to and fixed quickly. I’ve been to so many other gyms where machines will sit there “out of order” forever. Not here. The atmosphere is also so friendly and welcoming. It can seem intimidating at first with the older equipment, but it’s by far the most welcoming and friendly gym atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.

The owners and staff members have put a lot of thought, effort and care into equipment/machine selection and the design and art work of the gym. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is a safe, interactive, and motivating community that promotes healthy choice through active living. Owners/Staff are there to listen and support and go above and beyond to meet the need of members!
