★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two burgers and onion rings. Took them 45 minutes to prepare. Had absolutely no taste. Couldn’t even finish it. They charged us $52 so over priced. The chairs were dirty and plastic cups for water was old and not so clean. First and last time ever go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst service I have ever had! I came here last week and the older blonde lady was atrocious! So incredibly rude! I was shocked at how poor of service we got. Also, the burgers were dry and the fries were cooked in old oil. This place has gone incredibly downhill since I last would come 5+ years ago. I hope their able to start by getting nicer and more greeting staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to get take out. Restaurant was steady with customers. Despite only having one server we got our food at a reasonable time and the server was super friendly. Food was good. Great vibe with the nostalgic memorabilia. Will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 50's Diner is a hidden gem! Went with a friend and I have to say it was one hellova awesome experience! The burgers are great, and the helpings are big! Service was excellent and tge milkshakes are very very good indeed! The whole atmosphere from the music to the decor made me feel like I was in a movie set or back in time in the 50's or 60's. Bobby Sox sure has me as a regular now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shake, shake, shake! If you do nothing else with your time in Maple Ridge, then make sure it is to order yourself a shake at Bobby Sox. It is everything the diet-less 50s would want it to be - so rich in creamy goodness that you may not even be able to finish.. Hence I suggest ordering one of the generously portioned meals to complete the experience.. The Hero Burger made me feel like just that for clearing the plate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will try to sit in next time but this time I am posting about a take out order.
It was sitting there for 6 minutes at least due to traffic.
Mac n cheese with some cheddar grated ontop turned out to be a curd of cheese ontop.. Not much.
I know its smushed into a container but come on. The salad is a salad not to much to mess up aside from no dressing but that was included.
But the garlic, the single piece of garlic bread was pitiful to be honest. As if someone buttered it then sprinkled some sort parsley in one corner and left it burn. No taste of garlic at all.
I hope the in location experience is better or that it was a bad day.
The lesson here is do not order to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family came at 1 pm on a Sunday and we were happy that we got seated right away. We waited at our table for about 10 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. They had a great menu selection. The good took about 15 minutes to come out. The burger was huge, the Rubin sandwich was much smaller then other restaurants we had eaten at. The Deluxe burger was plain. The kids meal burger was tasty. They have fresh, tasty and home made burger patties. The Poutine didn’t have a lot of gravy or cheese. The price was quite reasonable. We look forward to coming back again soon.
