D	David Lloyd Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from SKIP and when I opened the box for my Grand big Mac I found the cheese right on top of the bun rather than inside the burger. Also ordered dipping sauces for our chicken nuggets and these were not received. This location is terrible. I'm changing three stars to one star. Our last visit there was no paper towels or air hand dryer in men's washroom. Not sure if that is a covid thing or what. Ordered three different soft drinks and non of the lid bubbles were pushed in to indicate which was which. Food was kind of cold.
S	Stephen Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this drive through location every day for years, last year I even got the manager I recognize and the few regular employees I know xmas cards with lotto tickets in them, always get the same thing extra large coffee 2 cream 5 sugar (cause other wise I get not enough of either). Some times I add sausage mcgriddle with egg for my other half and make it a value meal (I get the coffee). In the last six months they have gotten my order "right" once! Today at about 8am, after arguing with the drive through lady about what I ordered when it came time to pay, got my coffee it was all milk, parked my car and went in to get a remake, the new manager (I say new cause I didn't recognize her) finally came to the unmanned till and asked me what I wanted, I told her my coffee was all milk and she took the lid off 3 times peering into it and kept arguing that everything was in there. She then took the coffee that she had just man handled and gave it a stir brought it back to me and said "its got everything in it I know I watched them make it" and handed it back to me I tasted it and it just had more cream in it and was now foamy. Wont be going back!!! Its just plain wrong there now for some reason not once this year have I come away from that drive through with what I ordered and when they screw up my other halfs sausage mcgriddle with egg every time she phones in and they say come get another (we never do).
H	Honest Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream machine is down every time. It’s a joke The only reason they get 2 stars is SOME of the staff have earned them an extra one. Some staff go above an beyond- others are your typical fast food worker than can’t get an order right to save their life

We went in the drive through around lunch, we were told to wait in Reserved spot 2, after 3 minutes we watched an employee bring a bag out to the car beside us, the man pulled out each item and we noticed it was everything we ordered, he crumpled the receipt, threw everything back in the bag and went into the building. After another 10 minutes we still did not have our order so my boyfriend went inside to inquire, they had no explanation but made us a new order right away. Another 5 min pass, as my boyfriend is coming back with our new order, an employee comes to my car and drops off the original order. I open it up to see the crumpled receipt and food items upside down. I was shocked that they would bring an order to my car that was already given and touched by someone else! I went in and explained the situation, the manager Dominique was very nice and offered to pay for our next order. I just find this totally unacceptable that this happened. If food is incorrectly given to the wrong customer, it should be thrown out, not given back to the original customer 15 minutes later! ?
L	Lady Alustriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this McDonald's! Staff is always super friendly and the food is always well made. Though on one visit my QP looked like someone added the cheese from ten feet away; half in and half out of my burger. In all fairness it was rather busy for mid afternoon.

D	Débora Xavier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is wrong with people working at McDonald’s here? Some don’t wear uniforms, I saw more than one teenager here working in a top cropped. They don’t wear a hair net and have long hair. Always touching their hair and then touching the food! Also, they are always checking their cellphones! That’s why my order came wrong so many times! I’m a big fan of McDonald’s, it was my favourite fast food chain, but I’m living nearby for a year and I’m staring to look for another options. I made a formal complaint, no one never get back to me. They just don’t care, management, executives, staff, no one.
A	Angela Smoliak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered this location for a dine-in experience. Used the restroom facilities first and found it in a disgusting state ?. Then proceeded to the counter to place our order, they didn't even acknowledge us, we waited and waited until we decided just to go through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 seperate cheeseburgers (amongst other items), one with no onion, and the other with no pickle. The cheeseburger with the "no onion" sticker on it had zero toppings. The cheeseburger with the "no pickles" sticker on it, had pickles on it, and no onions ?.... this is by far the worst mcdonalds and the worst fast-food establishment I've ever been too. Nasty place and slow/careless service.
