★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barista didn't wipe the steam wand between uses. Watched her use milk, leave it, then Oat milk. That is an allergen and bacteria issue. My drink wasn't filled to the top AND it was 1/4 foam, so I had 2/3 of a drink. She fixed it but her clear lack of care was glaringly obvious.

I had a really bad experience in the parking area....I just back up un the handicap spot to go check on my crying baby....all the parking spots were occupied. A young lady ask my to leave...I told her my baby is crying....just give me a second. Than a man coming from the store....very furious ask me to leave. So I did....with my baby crying so very bad on the car.
I will never go back to that store. People are so eager to judge others without knowing their situation. Not sure if this is due to pandemic... but people have lost their humanity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take out is close…but Drive thru is open…must say what a waste of time…this place shouldn’t even get approved to be a drive-thru location…horrible planning and layout and lines move at a snails pace…While waiting, several people left the line just due to the sheer amount of traffic going through the lot as well…very frustrating…I would have left too if I was ordering for myself…safe to say I’m never returning to this location, then again they might not be open because they’re losing customers by droves.
Edit:
Finally made it through and got my drinks, latte was what I would describe as “dishwater” no coffee flavour…but staff seemed be having a grand old time(order taker was nice and curious)…if you’re the owner of this location you should definitely be worried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five people behind the counter but all focus is on drive thru meaning that we as walk in customers were forced to waiting 10 minutes to get served. Too many inexperienced staff on a shift at the same time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it was extremely efficient, my matcha latte was really burnt and tasted pretty grim.
The joint does have a drive through which is very congested. However, unfortunately they took all the chairs from outside so there is also no outdoor seating anywhere.
I do love starbucks but unfortunately quite disappointed by this visit.
