They have created a business that serves the community well and supports local businesses in the products that they carry. If you are looking for a place to bring clients, study, or just grab something to go you should check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute little cafe with great products and lovely staff. Peppermint mocha was amazing (not sickly sweet), and the ginger cookie is very addictive. Their wraps and salads were very fresh and filling. Perfect location to grab a coffee, snack or lunch before exploring the shops downtown, checking out what is happening at Memorial Peace Park or catching the bus. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard this place was excellent so decided to try myself. The shop itself is immaculate and such a hidden gem. Got a rosemary chicken wrap which was delicious and extremely filling. I'll have enough for a light lunch tomorrow and the chia pudding ??such great flavor. Will definitely be back and was even given a $20 coupon of a meal prep place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vibe, I love the space, and so nice to have such a great locally-focused independent coffee bar in the area. With a name like The Nut, I would have expected some plant-based drinks on the menu, like a nut-milk based cardamom latte, but I can say the basic gourmet coffee menu was well-executed.

And the owners are super friendly and all of their products are local. Best coffee I've had in a very long time! Welcome to Maple Ridge, we need more shops like you ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love to see in any business is passion! There is not a shortage here. I stopped in at The Nut late 2021, and have been coming back ever since. Jason and Jess have built a business that is helping support local businesses, and I can appreciate that. They serve great coffee, and treats that are all sourced locally. Couple that with a comfortable environment that is great to sit and chat, and they've made a winning combination. Go check it out!

The owners are friendly and welcoming. Probably the only spot you can get JJ Beans ?
Locally crafted products are displayed and sold.
The coffee was delicious and the environment was just right!
