★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brick water is quality built homes with quality products. Im working on there new site and everything is built well compared to most condos I have worked on. Highly recommend purchasing if your looking for a central based Maple Ridge home. They come with ac in every unit and a storage room in the parkaid made out of cinder block. Everything is built to last in these buildings.
