★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keelie was absolutely amazing. Easy to talk to, fun, great at what she does. Will be coming back for a pedicure because she made me feel so comfortable. My ONLY complaint is their phone picks up a lot of background noise so it’s really hard to hear the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got the best pedicure I've had in my life. Oanh was great, she took the time to shape my nails and clean all around them. She was very detailed oriented and super gentle. My feet not only look good but they feel great! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! I get my lips done by Dr. Gouws and he does an amazing job. They did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each time. I do not plan on going to anyone else while I am in the maple ridge area to do any of my cosmetic fillers, And Debbie was so great! She was so professional and friendly and made sure to check in with me a few days after each time and addressing any questions I had.
I highly recommend this Salon!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a basic manicure done by Hayley and the experience was awesome! She (and her coworkers) were very friendly and easy to talk to. I mostly wanted to review because 2 days after said manicure I wrapped Christmas presents for charity for 5 hours and none of my nails chipped! I am very impressed. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about Cloud 9. I have seen several girls and they are all amazing! Very clean spa and very friendly staff with wonderful service. Great product. Gel manicure and pedicure have never lasted as long as they do when you gal do your magic!! Both Julie, and most recently Kailey are both top notch. Sad to hear that Keelie is not there atm. So happy to have such a wonderful spa close to home. Thank you again ladies and keep up the great work!! ? I recommend you to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a while, but no doubt... THIS IS THE BEST MEDSPA IN MAPLE RIDGE.
They are the main reason I am looking forward to coming back home. They make you feel comfortable, are not pushy with sales, and they are not racist like some of the other spas around here. I can't wait to be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't want to give such a bad review but, I have to. I went here to get a basic bikini wax. The person that waxed me was extremely nice and seemed so sweet but she's done such a horrible job that my skin is left bleeding bruised and lifted. She mentioned about halfway through saying "woops your skin is going to bruise" and we talked about how sensitive my skin is. This could not look or feel more worse and there are a ton of broken hairs left as well...! My underwear was bloodied once I got home and a bit of my skin was ripped off. I had no idea this had happened until I got home. This was just the worst experience. ☹️ do not recommend for any waxing... ive been waxed before with no issues and this is not normal!
