It hasn’t even been a month yet and I’m seeing results already. It helps with thinning and balding and make the hair look denser and healthier.

A	Anshul Bhandari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time today. Staff was very friendly and gave a good cut. They give a complementary MVP upgrade for your first visit, which was great. But with tips and tax, total came to about $40 for just a haircut. That's almost double than what I paid before moving to Maple Ridge. If cost is not a factor, I'm sure they wouldn't disappoint.

Great customer service, amazing communication on how I wanted my hair done, and amazing social skills with having conversation, and Haley G was amazing. Recommended all my buddies go there.

We had to get it fixed at a barber shop and fork out more money. Needless to say, we won't be back. If a trainee stylist isn't fully good to go for cuts, they shouldn't be taking clients.
D	David Meunier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had what was probably the worst haircut experience I've had. I went here for years and had a bad experience a few months ago. I had to repeatedly ask the hair dresser to take more off. I would ask for an inch off and they would take a quarter inch off. I had to ask them to go over multiple times... after the fourth time I just told her it was good enough so I could get it over with. After a few months believing it was a one-off, I decided to go back and try a different hair dresser. At first it seemed to go ok, but when she was nearly done I pointed out some long hairs left above my ear and then pointed to both sides of my head saying they weren't even. I guess she didn't like the honest critique because her response was... "that was an honest mistake" (which I can understand), then went on to say I didn't need to be rude and cop an attitude with her....... I was totally floored. I have never been attacked like that, especially for telling her as a customer, that there was more to do and the job I was paying for wasn't complete. I didn't say another word, paid, and left as soon as I could. That was such an uncomfortable experience. I should note that almost every time I went here, there's a new hair dresser. Now I get home and can see my parting line is crooked... goes up, then down, then back up, by at least a half an inch, enough to be noticeable. Back to Magic Cuts where my experiences have always been better... just a slightly longer drive to get there, but the cut is more consistent, and a little cheaper.
