Pamela was on top of the entire thing, explained our options and what would need to be done to get the best rates. Pamela is very friendly and professional, I was even in contact with her (after my home insurance was in place) to update my vehicle insurance. We were able to complete everything over the phone and email with ease. I would absolutely recommend Pamela at Harris & Leib for your insurance needs.

I called Alicia and she not only came up with an alternative way of helping, she helped me complete the registration. Alicia is extremely helpful and always gets back to you promptly. I completely recommend Harris and Lieb and especially Alicia!

The customer service is unlike what I’ve experienced at other insurance brokers and they’re all very down to earth, professional, and lovely. I could go to any number of brokers well within a 5 minute radius but I’d rather drive the 45 minutes for great service and people I can trust! Thank you :)
