★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not find one person that spoke proper English and they were very ignorant to my wife cause she was white, and trust me when I say this cause another race came in after us and they were treated basicly with open arms and spoke right in front of us in there language laughing and joking it seemed like it to us, last time I checked didnt government offices employee's have to know and speak fluent English?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get information about things I needed the individual I spoke to made me feel very uncomfortable. Kinda like I was wasting his time in which I personally felt he was working for my interests. Not a friendly person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd find more money while eating out of garbage cans by time EI gets around to reimbursing me for loss wages due to injury. If someone can't work due to injury, shouldn't they be a high priority to provide funds so they can seek the medical care they need, so they can get back to work sooner? The longer EI takes, the longer medical care is delayed, the higher likelihood the employer will have enough and finally do a permanent layoff and find someone else. EI is a broken system that needs to get fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly hard to get anything done with them.
They are purposefully unhelpful so that you get annoyed and so that you leave. These people are supposed to be helping those that need it the most and will constantly tell you "there's nothing we can do".
We've applied for everything we need to and we've done all that was required of us to receive benefits yet we've heard nothing back from them at all. It's absolutely shameful what these people do here. Totally unethical, rude and cruel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! I have called multiple times with questions and concerns regarding my Matt leave and spoken to over 5-6 agents. They have been so incredibly kind and helpful. I know they are very busy so waiting to speak to an agent can take quite a while, but if you are patient and respectful they will reciprocate that and do their best to help you.
