B	Brenna Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash didn't work after I waited in line for thirty minutes in the sun. Punched in the code and it said to pull forward- didn't start. So I reversed thinking maybe there was a sensor problem or something....still nothing. Cashier basically told me it wasn't his problem and that I must have done something wrong because there was someone in there now. I had spoken to the customer behind me when I tried to start the car wash again, and he said he had entered his code, so it should have started at that point too. The cashier then blamed it on that customer and said he must have lied to me. Eventually got a refund, but he was dismissive and rude. I'll just stick to washing my own car.
S	Swagatron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going here again, Nancy must think she’s special the way she talks to customers, drop the attitude or your going to drop more customers, cause you just dropped me as one. Look at the reviews, it’s time for change. Other shells in the lower mainland have awesome customer service, but this one is unacceptable. Nancy learn some respect
R	Rodney Weleschuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a horrifying experience at this location. I have been a customer close to 30 years. I bought gas and ultimate car wash. Code did not work. Went into get a new code and was accused of wrongdoing, scamming them by letting the stranger in the car ahead of me to use my code! The manager sold me the carwash minutes earlier, was the same man who told me to stop yelling and be grateful for the free carwash! A carwash I just paid for. I was certainly mad, but not yelling. Shocking. I buy a carwash there every week! This manager should be retrained in customer service skills.
D	Di Bergie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend getting the "Ultimate" wash special unless you want a $21 car wash. Washed my car there yesterday, drove home and the car was filthy (under a shine of course). Drove right back to have it re-washed. "Too bad. You left the lot. You should have inspected the car before you left." Be sure you check your car before leaving the lot, and even then it is doubtful whether you will get any compensation (like maybe a second time through). There will be another "catch".

I find it very disheartening during a pandemic this employee feels above mandatory masks indoors. I believe his name is Peter? Or so that’s what he told my boyfriend over the phone one morning when he had a very unpleasant interaction with him. My boyfriend has stopped going in the mornings before work due to the same fellow being extremely rude to customers prior to the mask rule and simplify refusing to wear a mask. Today I went to get a late night snack, and he leaves from behind the safety glass to use the washroom with no proper PPE for mandatory masks indoors. I mentioned this to the other worker who was just about to get off his shift and recommended I speak with a manager and explain to me when her shifts are. That fellow I must say has always been super nice and polite and I feel bad giving a one star when I have had very pleasant interactions with him but for the guy who feels above wearing masks indoors when our numbers are rising out of control, this star is for you.
E	Eric R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life! First time I’ve experienced racism at the gas station by the person working there! Had a problem with the car wash, it didn’t clean my car at all, I went through a second time and when it still didn’t clean the car I asked for a refund. I was denied a refund and the woman called me a ‘white liar’ and told me to hand wash the car myself. Filthy treatment of a paying customer, a 1 star rating is too high for this place and Shell Canada should address the complete lack of respect and customer service. I left there feeing humiliated and furious and will never go there ever again.
r	ryan smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their car wash today and what a waste of $16 plus dollars. I paid for the ultimate and it was absolutely horrible. You can see fingerprints that were there before I washed it. I do not recommend this place at all.
T	Tim Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $100 miappropriated using prepay. Printed out bank statements etc and took to desk and counter staff shrugged shoulders and would have to speak to Manager. As this was second it had happened, wrote clear details on copy of bank statement along with details contact us...nothing. Went back in and had to cajole counter staff to call Manager so we could talk to him. The Manager proceeded to deflect and obfuscate implying this was our fault. Please be aware of this, they are not there to help the customer
