In the rush hours its true sometimes little mess around slurpee area, because lot of people are around there, we tried our best to clean it as early we can there.

Why promote 7 11 rewards when your staff don't ask if you have it or tell you it's to late to use it when you buy something??
Why do you advertise a cheaper gas price but at the pump charge more? I'm pretty sure this is illegal??
Why advertise coffee when have the time you don't have any made??
Why advertise 7th coffee free when my app tells me it's free but your staff still charge me??
Are you not supposed to say Hello or Thank you to your customers anymore??
Not even acknowledge that they are standing right in front of you waiting to pay??

Iv been coming to this 7 11 for years as it is by my place but I will definitely be going elsewhere.
The 2 lady's ( one older one younger Caucasian ) that have been there forever are amazing!!!
The newer staff and especially your new manager ( East Indian fellow ) are just terrible at customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Do Not have Hazelnut Coffee Anymore they got this new machine that you touch and it dose coffee. So Sad that was why I went to 7 11 Good Bye 7-Eleven! Thank you for reading my review I hope you get the coffee back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER rude on the phone, second time I tried to call back they answered the phone and it was just silence and then they hung up on me. Third time I tried to call just to ask if they had taquitos at this time they were extremely rude again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has a problem with the ice cream freezer. Multiple times I've purchased Ben and Jerry's ice cream from them and it had clearly thawed at one point and refroze. It is completely crystalized and inedible. I've even told the employees before. Someone is going to get sick eating that ice cream.
