★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely understaffed. Today I waited over 30 minutes to get a 6in sandwich! The gentlemen working was very polite and a great asset to the company, but to the owners, why on earth do you have one guy running the entire store? Needless to say we'll never be back here again.

I spent 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes after revived a message that you can’t accept my order... do some management and planning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After asking the lady 4 times to use clean gloves and a knife. Since I am allergic to gluten. She used the same gloves and knife. So I got frustrated and told her I am leaving. This is after a frustrating experience across town on 228th at subway.

He brought it home and there was no meat or cheese on mine only vegetables. Tried to call them and there is no way to talk to anyone. Very frustrating.
