★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 adult, 2 kids cuts. The stylist showed me my notes and I never had a faux hawk before. I explained what I wanted. She told me it couldn't he done that way. My son wanted his hair trimmed but kept "long", the manager decided his hair was too thick and chopped too much off. He was teased at school today. My oldest son felt unlistened to and hates his cut. Where's a hat now. Too bad. We've been clients for over 7 years. Won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have come to this location for last 20-25 hair cuts last 3 check ins where I am to arrive and told to have to wait 30 another minutes. Plus it’s crazy you cannot book your specific stylist and it’s a round Robin service. Might start looking for a new barber if I keep having to come back another day due to booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. A lot of har dressers have issues cutting my hair because I have big curls and it throws them off. I have had two different stylists cut my hair at the Dewdney Trunk Road location and both have done fabulous jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what they normally charge for Childrens hair cuts here I read online that it’s supposed to be $11.00, I was charged over $20??? Also she mentioned something about a new hair cut being more money?? Super confused about that comment she made to me about a new hair cut my son should have received what was saved in the system for his style! I’m super mad about the cut. Extremely choppy sides were not trimmed properly. Won’t be going bad to her again. Not sure what her name was but her chair is on the right side second one down as of 2pm on Friday March 25. I usually don’t make bad reviews but I honestly feel like I have been scammed by this lady. Even on their website it mentioned an adult haircut at a lower end was $15!
