Sam was super outgoing and friendly and took her time in explain all details of getting me set up with my new iPhone 13! Monique, one of their customer service officer, gave me the best customer service experience I had in Edmonton so far. She patiently explained and gave me the vital information about almost each of the service providers here in Edmonton. With her assistance, I managed to choose the most suitable mobile plan based on my need and preferences.
Monique has set the standard on the quality of good customer service I should be expecting here in Edmonton moving forward.
