★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully paid my bills for services rendered, I returned my cable box; talked with the lady at the front desk confirming my termination of service, and asking if it would be okay if the people moving in to the place I was leaving to keep the same box (saving them downtime from getting a new box installed" and just transfer the account over to their name, they agreed. I further inquired as to if I would owe any more money on the account (as since I would be moving I would not be able to know about/pay for any future bills, and now would be the best time for me to know about and pay said bills), they told me no, that my account with them was square, and that I would not be receiving any future bills.
Months later I am getting calls from collection agencies saying that I owe them money? I have tried numerous times to rectify this but they tell me that its in the hands of the collection agents now. I refuse to work with/pay people who buy other peoples debts and gain profit off of them.
Thank you for ruining my credit, and I will never be a customer of yours in the future.

It had been awhile since I did an upgrade so he explained my options and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Brandon's customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I will be referring him to my friends and family. Thank you again Brandon for all your help and making my day brighter with your awesomeness!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rochelle and Dylan were amazing. They were patient and so helpful. We didn't feel any pressure to buy something and there was no upselling. We had to return a few weeks later and Rochelle recognized me and called me by name! We were so impressed that we got our son and his fiance to set up their own plan together. I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this past Saturday, the mall was relatively busy however they had a very intuitive system to text in thus saving your place in line. They text you shortly before your turn is ready so that you can shop throughout the mall. Keith was my service assistant and helps me out quickly and effectively. Was able to explain what my current and future invoices may look like. He helped me set up a new internet plan and also a few new SIM cards. Thanks to all the staff for making our visit enjoyable.

He was able to provide us immediately with an updated version and signed up us for better service at the same price as our existing plan. Very delighted with the prompt and courteous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the West Edmonton Mall location and left a very happy customer. Gentleman‘s name is Keith and he was very professional and informative and answered all my Questions. He gave me really good deal on home Internet I am definitely coming back for a mobile plan and possibly a new device. Kieth was very nice really good atmosphere in the store. I highly recommend the store to anyone looking for a good customer service and knowledgeable staff. And really good deals.
