★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is the location beside tim hortons in the mall, i got a screen protector for my brand new phone and didn't really look at it til I got home but the guy who did it put a crack across the screen and another small one in the top left corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, we told the staff the exact model/size of what we were looking for and they gave us a case. When we got home, we tried the new case and it was the wrong one. Today, we went back to explain to them what was wrong and we wanted to return it. The owner said no returns, he only accepts store credit or get something else from the store. Then he blames us for not carrying our tablet all along which would have prevented this problem. We left our tablet at home because we trusted that the staff would know their product well and provide us the correct case. His only solutions were take a different product off the shelf or have a store credit that he will text because he didn't have gift cards. This way he can look back in 2-3 months if we come back and redeem it? It sounded like a scam. Terrible customer service straight from the owner by making his customer feel bad and not taking responsibility for his untrained staff. Please take your money elsewhere and spend it at reputable companies unlike this. #mobilecaredoesnotcare #mobilecarescam #yegscam #wem #mobilecare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a protector and gave the salesman the exact details of my tablet. The make, model, year and size of the screen. He still sold me the wrong one and when i tried to return it, i was told it was my fault that i didnt have the tablet with me. He wouldn't let me return and when i suggested store credit, he said he would text it to me and that it would be good enough. Super unhelpful and didnt want to deal with me at all.

Quoted price and the time it would take to repair the phone, all accurate, best price guaranteed. Compared two other places that were 100% higher than this price and no guarantee they could fix the phone and that it may cost more. Very professional, courteous. have a phone or tablet issue, I would not hesitate to return to this place. Great job mobile care, thank you
