I was greeted and assisted by Teddy, who not only gave me amazing customer service, but is also an amazing human being. I highly recommend this location if you need a new phone or assistance with your phone. Pop in and see Teddy as he will find exactly what you need and go through everything step by step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the lady to add another plan to my prepaid without affecting my current pre paid plan. She assured it wouldn't. Surprise! Today when trying to make an important call it said I didn't have a plan nor balance. Automatic top up and plan were cancelled. Worst telus store service ever. Had to spend an HOUR on the phone with Telus to get my old plan reinstated. Avoid this store if you want things get done right!
