Sometimes a little on the busy side where you have to sit and wait a few, but don't mind since o like dealing with them.

I understand the thorough process they must go through before cashing a cheque, but the lady working here was absolutely rude in her actions from the beginning. Right away she said she couldn't proceed with the transaction. After that she asked for me ID, which I gave her as this was my first time there, and she photocopied it without my permission. While typing on her computer after photocopying my ID, I kindly and calmly asked for it and the cheque back to which she snapped, "In a second." After five (5) minutes she returned it to me and demanded I fill out one of their forms. I left. I wouldn't so upset about this except that when I went to another Cash Money location, the gentleman professionally explained to me why the cheque couldn't be cashed at that time. Not once did he ask for my ID, make any demands or speak in a rude manner. Overall, a zero point zero one (0.01) star for her and a shining five (5) for him.

New employees vary of course but I'm confident they have the right people training them. Keep up the great service!
