★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a loan with this company for the past three years. It was great customer service until this year. I responded to a voicemail on November 01/2018 and was asked why I was calling. I then said that I had a voicemail and I wasn’t to sure what it was in regards to because my partner just made a payment there 1 hour ago. Then the secretary said “you don’t even know why your calling?” She was right away defensive and talking down to me. I asked for her name and she listed off every person working there. She was talking over me and I found it to be one of the most stressful phone calls I have ever experienced. I have never had a customer service experience like this before.
However, like I said before this year. The service was great. If you want to get a hold of someone that has professionalism and great customer service, Tammy or the manger are the people to talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time i go to bestbuy to finance a laptop and they tell me to apply through fairstone and i get declined and since the first time i keep on getting mail from fairstone that I’m approved for $10,000 and just to take the card and go to the branch. I dont understand how this work
Rejected at best but teice and when i go home they start sending 2 envelopes every week begging me to go and borrow money

I visited the branch located at 9931 170 street. Tammy greeted me upon entry and without an appointment helped me get a loan and consolidate the debt I had to a reasonable monthly payment. She took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable with the terms. She was easily the most approachable agent I've ever had dealing with finances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on Thursday afternoon spoke to Tammy and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to explain the process in detail and answered my questions. The very next day, she called me, let me know the next steps and what I needed to do. Once I submitted all the required documents, she called me within 2 hrs to let me know I was approved. In less than 24 hrs...loan completed!!! It was so easy and quick. Tammy knows her stuff and very satisfied with the whole experience.
