★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always kind and understanding. They explain every question you may have and are very transparent about interest and fees. I never feel any pressure from them. The interest percents are huge but sometimes it's necessary to rectify your financial situation if it's quite dire. That being said, make sure you don't miss any payments!
