Had a great experience, starting from calling the store, our sales person Emil, was so knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with a quote immediately and was able to arrange for our washer and dryer delivery in 2 days. Delivery was perfectly on time, and the gentleman took and extra mile, specially that our water pipes were out of reach. Thank you to everyone who made our experience great!

BY FAR WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! At this Tasco everything is simple, you don't receive your appliance in about year, worst ever customer service! they have no idea when they receive items and when you could expect them. My April 2021 order still have unknown status in Nov and nobody from Sales Rep, to Customer Support don't know any timeline (they know but say don't know and give priority to their friends and not other customers). Everyone around me who works with any other appliance shop in Toronto got they shipment way faster than me! UPDATE: After 11 months still no one answers! and communitymanager email doesn't respond! I am wondering if 1 person work there who cares about customers or not ONLY ONE PERSON!

I have bought a vent-a-hood from TASCO Richmond Hill and it is dented. I called the sales rep here at Richmond Hill and he simply asked to contact the distributor directly. And the distributor said the sales Rep from TASCO should handle this. Now, I have a dented product with no help. Very frustrating!

The store salse ppl are good. However, the call center customer service system is antiqued and customer service quality is bad. The delivery crew are good but again the logistics system is poor and very low efficient. The ppl arranges delivery is not professional as usual so I had to argue with him. When I was transferred to the escalation center all the items claimed to be out of stock suddenly in stock again and will be delivered. Had to spend an hour for waiting, arguing and got a solution. It is a deep disappointment to me as a builder who bought many appliances from Tasco every year.

Stay away. Ordered full kitchen appliances here. After 3 months of promising to deliver next month I canceled half of the order. Instead of returning deposit money they used it to pay in full for the second half of the order. Guess, when it's going to be delivered? Next month. Can't get my money back. Can't get it delivered. Once again, stay away from taasco. Whole experience is nightmare. There are plenty places to buy appliances.

We bought approx 4 years ago our appliance. Had many issue with the appliance. We did get the extended warranty. We were offer on our fridge $1800 to get another fridge. Contact tasco, and the customer service from there staff and manager was not there. I even got many calls from there service team following up on the warranty item. Explain to them the issue no follow up.

Service is great up until you make your purchase, then it's like they fell off the face of the earth. Over a year waiting on our dishwasher, previous appliances received with kissing pieces, but told to contact the manufacturer. Getting a response of any kind is like pulling teeth. No followup after orders placed, we have to be the ones checking in on the status of our orders endlessly.

Not even worth my time to opine here as I can see that nothing has changed for years just from reading the previous reviews. I wish I read these before my purchase! Be wary, service is great up until you make your purchase, afterwards there's no after support, you don’t matter anymore. Bought extended warranty for all appliances and the sales rep made a mistake and forgot to include our dishwasher. Their call center/customer support is atrocious. Delivery and logistics is extremely poor. We were billed for parts which our microwave and oven don't even need for installation. Promised delivery date wasn't met. I could go on for days... For our next home development project this place wont even be on our list for appliances, or the list of our friends and colleagues. I don't recommended Tasco Appliances!
