★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My earlier experiences at this location were not very pleasant especially in the context of customer care, but yesterday I went to buy some wood screws and the associate went out of the way to fully understand my needs and suggested me a better and a free solution. This is what I call genuine customer care.

but i just have little complain about price match. lowes has lots of limits when you are trying to match price. they said you cannot price match after you used welcome coupon.
you cannot price match costco because they have membership fee. i said no. when you shop costco.ca there is no membership required. so this reason is not exist. they still said no. just no. we dont match costco no reason.
okok
not this locations fault. so i still give 5stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy shopping at this location. I shop early in the morning, no lineups and not crowded. Well organized and clean. The staff is helpful. I ordered a bathstand for my bathroom. Versatile, I can use it in the bathroom or shower. Rust resistant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick visit for some painting supplies. The visit was unexceptional except for the cashier. I approached the self checkout and the cashier is leaning against the checkout having a conversation with a friend that's leaning against the other checkout; the other two checkouts were out of service.
A second employee is standing off to the side but us part of the conversation.
I had to ask to checkout, so not only do I have to service myself but I must ask permission; this left a sour taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I visit this Lowe's location quite often because it is close to where we live. We had seen the new flyer with patio furniture so we decided to check it out.Sometimes it is hard to get good help from someone in the store because it can be very busy. However this time it was not the case. We had two wonderful, extremely helpful men assist us, Anwar, who is the new Assistant Manager and Michael who is a Sales Specialist Pro services. Anwar spent a lot of time looking up different codes for us and helped us choose the perfect dining set. He checked out the dimensions and varieties to choose from. Michael checked inventory, the size of the boxes etc. They were both very instrumental to making our purchase and the two of them worked so well as a team. We have never had such incredible service at this store and because of these two men, we will definitely be back for other products for our home. When we left the store my hubby and I couldn't stop talking about our experience and purchase. It was really outstanding. We have a beautiful outdoor dining set with chairs being delivered this week. I will also mention Georgina in customer service/returns who is a wonderful lady. She is always helpful and friendly! My husband and I always look forward to seeing her friendly face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store! I didn't have to painfully search for help, and the assistance I received was top notch. Three very knowledgable customer service specialists in their areas, Eric (who helped me with tiling supplies), Ali (fixtures) and Fred (at Stephenson's rental) were all friendly and super helpful. We were in and out with everything we needed in half an hour, expecting it to take far longer. Great store that will continue to get my business.
