No apologies offered and it looks like the staff is not bothered I had to sit for more then 1 hour and cancel in the end. No complaints about Dr or her services.

S	Sarah Rana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lilani is a brilliant doctor and gives ample time to all her patients and is dedicated in their treatment(s) be it big or small, which is why sometimes there is a wait time but personally I never regret waiting at all as she offers the best services and is one of the best doctors I know! The management at PMC is knowledgeable and organized and handles every situation accordingly well. The staff is awesome and try their level best to accommodate all patients needs however sometimes it is not an easy thing to do as there are so many patients that want to see Dr Lilani and I commend them for all their efforts! I recommend PMC to everyone in need of a great doctor and organized clinic!
I	Identity N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 minutes past my appointment time the receptionist casually tells us our doctor is sick and is going home. Many of the people waiting do not live nearby so they were forced to wait for a new doctor to show up. The receptionist raised her voice and was very rude to the patients, and she did not apologize at all. Now it has been 1 hour and 10 minutes, and I am still waiting for the new doctor to show up. This place is a mess.

I am put on hold repeatedly, and when I am taken off hold, they are talking to someone else. I am a patient of Dr. Lilani's, then I am told I need to make an appointment to see the Doctor to ask for a physical. Trying to take advantage of OHIP? I am one who rarely visits the Doctor unless warranted as I do not believe in wasting tax payer dollars. My last visit was regarding a chronic health issue which I was sent for tests, and I was never called back with my results as promised. As it is hard to come by a female physician, not to mention one that is good, and I have put up with the staff's incompetence, but this is a bit much. My last physical, I had to fast, and I was asked to take a seat and waited 3 hours from my appointment time (which I always arrive early) before finally asking when they would take my blood so I could break my fast. They responded with "I thought you had left." I was seated directly in front of the reception desk the entire time. I have the utmost respect for doctors, but it is appalling how this clinic is treating their patients. While there will always be patients, if it weren't for the patients, there would be no practice. I regret I will be searching for a new doctor, and having my file transferred.
N	Naqeeb M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rizwana Lilani has been our family physician for more than 4 years now. We signed up as patients as newcomers to Canada. She's a competent US trained physician who is excellent at what she does. She makes sure to take time to listen to her patients , never rushing you up which takes up her time but the patient walks out of the clinic satisfied. She coordinates her patient care with other physicians very well. The office has a lab and pharmacy which is very helpful. There's not a single time that we've walked out of the clinic thinking any of our concerns were not addressed. Long wait times do happen but wait times are seen at other offices too. We come from a long distance to see Dr Lilani and its worth the wait and travel when you've found the right physician and are satisfied by the care.

Instead of focusing on the issue and the health of the patient, he is more concerned about blaming the patient. Your job is to identify a health issue and not blame the patient for not taking care of themselves. The reason you’re a doctor is because you have taken the oath to serve your patient with utmost care.
