★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t even get a chance to view their selection. The store owner kept the door lock, and when we rung the doorbell, told us to wait outside for 10 minutes. We actually waited for 10 minutes, and he coincidentally came back outside, and told us to wait some more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the last review “Chinese garbage”. I bought a door handle lock that separated in less than 30 days and I also have a front door lock that failed. The front door lock came apart with only a small metal piece from inside of the locking mechanism that can’t be removed. My door is stuck locked even after removing both sides of the lock. I’m not one to post pics but they don’t answer calls or return voice messages. Unfortunately I cannot post a picture of the other lock because I just ended up throwing it away. It wasn’t worth me driving all way back to Plead with them with hopes of getting a replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new home with these installed throughout, half a year in and we've already lost access to one bathroom after the exterior door knob failed and wouldn't move the latch -- by no means high quality, and but at least it looks aesthetically good. Would suggest being careful or at least learning how to pry open a closed door in case yours fails too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my front door lever mechanism broke, I contacted Winly via their site... Got a response almost immediately, with various suggestions as to what the problem could be. And that they carry the parts I would need to replace. Parts were very cheap, compared to what it would have cost me to replace the whole door assembly ($200-$300). Warehouse/building is located in Concord, so was able to drive up and buy the part. My husband installed the replacement part with no problems. Door lever is working great again! Thanks Winly for amazing customer support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted customer service...terrible experience. While most manufactures have robust warranties, some 'lifetime', these clowns hide behind a 1 year limited warranty. Builders beware!! If you are buying these because of their cheap price point you are doing your customers a huge disservice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a broken deadbolt lock on one of my doors (it was a fire door and my child had the bolt extended and it slammed breaking it). I reached out to Winly via email and they responded very quickly. Kevin was amazing to deal with and providing great customer service and called me to help move it along as quick as possible. I received my deadbolt latch very quickly and have been able to fix my door! This was the first issue I've had in the 12 years with the locks! Thank you so much for your help in the time of Covid! I would recommend them for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased two Winly locks ten months ago. One failed already. An internal piece broke right off and the latch failed to move. Cheap, Chinese junk. 50% failure rate. DO NOT BUY!
