Quality Pho from the broth to the deep red rare beef. Always nice to see bonus homemade beef balls in that rich broth. Great price and easy packaging for pick up orders.New favorite spot.

This food is exactly what I ate growing up as a Vietnamese person living in NA. The space is also great for a surprisingly fun and intimate lunch/dinner. Highly recommend and not just because my name is also Tam… ??❤️

I'm not sure how this place has high ratings but the food I got was very disappointing. I ordered bun bo hue which is spicy beef noodle soup but it was literally tasteless, weirdly too sweet (check out my photos attached) I don't know how anybody can give more than 4 star rating to this. I'm not Vietnamese myself but I've traveled there and love the food so much I know a few spots in the city that serve very authentic Viet cuisine but unfortunately this place won't make it on my list. Too bad I had had high expectations due to the good ratings. Although I can't give this restaurant more than 2 stars because I'm genuinely disappointed with the food, I like their pricing, and the gentleman who took the order was nice.

Pho, banh mi and viet coffee were all really tasty and well priced. I also like the old school cafeteria decor in there. Definitely found a new favourite lunch spot!

I had Chicken Mì Xào and a Cà Phê Sữa. The noodles had good flavour and the coffee was strong. Friendly service.

Tam sells my favorite banh mi in Toronto! I love getting the classic banh mi and going to one of the parks nearby to eat it. It features pickled veg, Vietnamese cold cuts, Mayo, cilantro, cucumber for the crunch, and plenty of pate!!!! I love their pate and mayo (I wonder if they make their own mayo?). It really tastes like Tam focuses on each component and it comes together in perfect harmony. The banh mi is on a classic baguette. I really like that since most banh mi’s at Vietnamese bakeries use the softer Asian style baguette. It’s $8 including tip and tax which yea is more than the Chinatown banh mi shop, u know the one (which is I think $6 cash for the Large classic since 2022). But the Tam one is so much more well put together, it’s bigger, and it has more stuff and idk the junction is a more peaceful area to eat outside lol. Also they make their own nem nuong (frozen!) and its so so good. It’s perfectly seasoned and not overly sweet or salty. Truly chef’s kiss.

Tam’s Vietnamese street food is pretty great, took me a while to visit, if it wasn’t for a friend that had introduced me to this place and told me they served Banh Cuon I probably just walked by. The Banh Cuon and Banh Mi is by far my fave so far, everything is freshly made behind their counter. Will be back to try the other staple dishes on the menu and because it’s in the Junction.

I have to admit I didn't expect it to be so good. We ordered one of each of their mains and they were all spectacular. From the rice to the noodles, everything tasted really good and came in well-sized portions. The price was also a defining factor in our experience, which was really enjoyable overall for us.
