Don’t judge this book by it’s cover, their Tacos are delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve tried almost all the options ordered through Ritual. Give them a try if you’re in the neighbourhood.

Good place for drink and enjoy live music, but not to eat... at least you spent more than 40 minutes waiting for your plate, even it is the especial for the day. I have been there more than once and similar situation.

LA Rev is my go to for all things! The live jazz is the best part!! And since Mexican food is my absolute favorite...this place has it all!! The staff, the atmosphere, the everything keeps me coming back for more! I have been on TO for 6 years and am so thankful this locally owned restaurant made it through the past 2 years. Please, do yourself a favor...go take in some crazy talented jazz musicians or go for some truly authentic Mexican food...you can thank me later!

Our experience was hit and miss. I’ll start with the good. The service was really good, the servers were all so nice and friendly. The place is clean. The corn and jalapeño poppers were really good and we would come back just for those. For mains we got enchiladas and fajitas. They weren’t bad but they weren’t our favourite either. The green sauce with fajitas was very small and everything was a little on the bland side. It didn’t feel worth the price point. The hot sauce helped. Enchiladas were also okay, not bad but not outstanding. The one strange thing was that the restaurant had a live band and the band came around while we were eating to tell us they had a surcharge (pay as you wish) but it was weird. I’ve never experienced this at any other restaurant with a live band. I’m also not a huge fan of live music so it was strange to pay for something you don’t particularly enjoy. Other than that, I would come back to try other items on the menu and can recommend the corn and jalapeño poppers, those were really good.

Food was good. I found the alcoholic drinks and beer well priced. I went on a Friday night and they had excellent live music (from 7 to 10). Apparently live music is there a few times in the week.
