★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience at Top cuts. The stylist do not listen to your suggestions but are in a hurry to finish the hair cut. They are arrogant and ignore you completely. Will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this place is only illuminated by about one or two lonely light bulbs. It was so dark inside that my hair stylist couldn’t see what they were doing. They had to constantly rotate my chair away from the mirror just so that they could see. They left chunks of hair too long and too short in places. I also found it annoying that I couldn’t see what they were doing since I wasn’t facing the mirror. The staff are nice but this place desperately needs some new lighting.
