★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed the woman who cut my hair a photo & ended up with a completely different result. Came fairly early to my appt & she had me wait for someone else to come in and have their hair cut. Wasn't a huge deal but they were obviously friendly. While combing my hair she created a huuuge tangle and proceeded to try ripping it out with two different combs. Idk how she managed but my hair was way more prone to static after the cut. Cut was alright but for the $60, I would go elsewhere.
