I will recommend this one, family business but warm service. Food was good, portion and price is ok, at least no 15% gratuity and charge $1 for tea each person like PhΓ΄ VP(insane) !

This is the second time I come to this restaurant with my boyfriend. It is located on St Clair Ave W, that you can take Bus 71 from Runnymede Stn or just 10mins walk from intersection Weston and St Clair Ave. There are many parking lots right in front of the restaurant. As its name "Banh Cuon" (steamed rice rolls), Banh Cuon is a must-try here. We always order Banh Cuon to share because the portion is large. The rolls is cooked softly, well- seasoned with meat inside. They come with Vietnamese ham, some basils, bean sprouts on the side. On the second visit, we also try the Bun Bo Hue. It looks really attractive but the broth is a bit bland, not really tasty. We order the snails, but it seems like they were stored in Freezer for too long that makes them hard, chewy and losing taste. Staffs are middle aged man and woman but services come fast and attentively. Shortly, Steamed rice rolls is the most delicious dish that I would totally recommend. Will still come back for that.

Great place for Banh Cuon! The rice rolls are nice and thin, something that a lot of places don't get right. I ordered BC4, the special that includes Cha Lua (pork sausage), Cha Muc (squid sausage), and biscuit and it was very good. We had an order of snails in coconut milk, which was like a Thai green curry with snails. I don't recommend the chicken wings though, as they were not marinated well and overcooked. Their Vietnamese coffee was also delicious, highly recommend it! Staff were very friendly and there's some parking spaces out front. Overall a great experience here.

We ordered pho with rare beef and beef ball, pho with shrimp and crab imitation sticks. Love their broth and fresh ingredients. They also offer various sauce on the table. Reasonable price and good portion of food.

This place is horrible. Bad food quality and service. Yells at customers just for asking a question. Have nothing prepared properly. Then blames it for being too busy, when there were 2 other people in the store. Very dirty unsanitized feeling. Banh cuon seemed to be the most popular item, even then I had better ones. Was a struggle just to get the bill.

The worker was very friendly and made good conversation. The food is okay - there could’ve been more meat in the rice rolls for the banh cuon. It is a little bit higher in price than other restaurants (a small bowl of pho is $10). I will also recommend to ask for the cold tea instead of the hot. The tea is very good!

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! Food is amazing, fair price, fresh ingredients, authentic and homey taste. You've gotta try the tea and the snails!

So, we attempted to eat here before, but on the first night we went, they must have finished a big party because when we came in, they said they were out of most foods. So we came back a second time. Luckily this time not busy at all. After ordering our food, i could see why this place ran out of food the first time. Yummy! If your in the mood for Vietnamese food, this is a must try place!
