A	Alex H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and terrible receptionist. Ridiculous wait times. Books appointments in 15 minutes intervals and waits can be as long as 2 damn hours. Dentist will go for lunch and receptionist will just keep you waiting. They take cash only and will not issue receipts. New patients beware.
T	Tia Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible job. I got my root canal done here few years ago. I had to come back few months after because they missed one root and it became infected. I came back to get it done again and filled. After 2 years, the filled part started to crack and separate. It still feels like they didnt completely remove the canal and clean it well. The cost is not any cheaper than other dental. I would never come back here again.

There are a group of patients waiting at the front of the store and the receptionist hides one in the staircase. She overbooks the dentist’s schedule signs of “money hog” and the dentist does a poor job. My mom called ahead asking if there is a wait, and was told to just come by, then was told you have to wait 15 minutes and then we waited for an hour. A poor deceiving receptionist that has poor time management. We are both Vietnamese, why you do have to lie to us? Should of just let her go and book another day. This dental office is unethical and unfortunately my mom has work done here so we are stuck with this terrible place until the job is fixed. Because of multiple issues, it has been reported to the Ministry of Health and RCDSO for other reasons.
