★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had placed a large order. Bosch fridge, Bosch dishwasher, fisher paykel gas range & hood. We were very disappointed as what was delivered was not the same at the time of purchase. Our fridge was missing multiple parts and we are still having difficulties trying to replace it. The delivery guys scratched our new front door & the fridge had damage to the one leg. Our sales representative ignored all of our calls & messages. I would not recommend this place unless you were taking the appliances home at the same time as purchase.

I made my purchase at TA Appliances because of the exceptional customer service received from Sampath (over the phone, of course, in this COVID world). From start to finish, he handled everything very well and now I'm very happy with the product.

She put in a great amount of effort to help with what could seem like a trivial purchase to most people, a hand mixer. But in the end she got exactly what I asked for and did it in a timely manner, I am more than happy with the service and hope it continues throughout the life of my new gadget/future purchases.

TA Representative, Vince, was able to provide some incredible insight and knowledge to go with his experience and assist me in choosing my low maintenance appliances that double as energy and water preserving units. Vince’s advice on where to invest to get the best value of great a quality barbecue, fridge and freezer was exactly what I needed.
I can’t thank Vince and his team enough for all their support in helping me choose the right appliances for my cottage. The entire process was easy, care and stress free. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my washer dryer here 4 years ago. Dryer stopped heating -no worries as i have warranty. Instead of the guy just telling me to call another number to have it fixed( i called just before closing time) he offered me some solutions that had worked for him in the past (like if you read the booklet that comes with the machine, you are actually not supposed to use dryer sheets!! Service guy is coming in 3 days. Thanks for your help on a fridAy evening whoever you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after visiting Home Depot and Canadian Appliance. I knew exactly what I wanted and was searching for it for the longest time. I spent hours on the internet. I called and spoke to Matt, verified they had what I wanted, drove there and bought the oven I wanted. Mat was very helpful and informative. I was there about 15 minutes. The stove was on a crazy sale and I ended paying almost a thousand less than the original price ( I knew what was the price in other places as well). Delivery was schedule to a very close date. I cant wait for it to come.
I received the range. Delivery was on time. The range looks great. I have to say that when I called to ask something about the range and left a message, Matt called me back. So far I'm very happy
