★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent source for office furniture. I bought an L-shaped desk, a filing cabinet, and a bookcase for a law offfice - the price was great, the quality is stellar, and the delivery and installation was smooth as butter.
It seemed to me that the store's business was geared more towards larger deployments for full offices of many people, but they were incredibly helpful with my (relatively) small order and the process was quick and easy. So, they can accommodate people's needs whether large or small.
I dealt with Junaid, who helped me select the units I needed, the colours for the furniture, and to schedule delivery and setup. All told, I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Junaid sent over a mock-up of the designs, the dimensions of the units, and how they'd fit into my office, which was very helpful. I'd definitely recommend giving him a call.

Not only I got to sit down with the designer and approve every aspect of the design (size, color, material, pedestal), the price was very competitive, and the piece was delivered and assembled on our location, right on the agreed day. Very happy customer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to buy a custom reception desk for our new Massage Therapy business in Brampton...MK Healing & Wellness. Found The Furniture Guys and after my first call with Josh I knew I found the right guy. He was very easy to work with, took his time answering all our questions and spent time designing a desk that would fit our overall business needs. The colors, materials and design capabilities available at The Furniture Guys is amazing, very unique and brings a personal touch to their products. The installers that arrived to put together the custom desk were great at their work. Robert (the installer) is very professional, efficient and tidy when doing his work. I was very impressed with his expertise with this custom piece. There was a minor issue with a few things (color of 3 drawers and a measurement of one side piece) which was resolved. Robert came back and fixed every thing 100%. Spoke to Hamid in the office and he worked endlessly to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with the end product. We get so many complements on the custom reception desk and I want to say thank you to the whole team at The Furniture Guys.
We can't wait to add more custom pieces from TFG to our new business.

I purchased a reception desk from this company back in July. It took much longer then promised however when I unpackaged my "new reception desk" it was all scratched and damaged. The 2 sides have large deep scratches which appear to be cuts made with an exacto knife. One side of my desk has a large gap, someone didn't nail the sides together properly and now the 2 sides don't meet at all. There are many areas that appear to be used or refurbished and quite dirty.
I immediately called the company to share my complaints. I was told they were going to start building the 2 scratched sides immediately and attend to the rest of my issues. I have never heard back from them since.
I have called 4 TIMES NOW and they keep ignoring me saying " I will call you back" and never have. They do not have any plans of fixing my desk which was almost $1000! I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and the way they have ignored me. This comany will sell you anything and then you no longer exist!!!!
Save your money and go somewhere else !! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time! I have attached photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered three desks and storage units as well as kitchen cupboards. 18 days later they were installed at my office downtown after hours with the efficient installers working though to almost midnight. The end product is terrific and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company as everyone was professional and helpful throughout.
