P	Poppy Cambouris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a sectional from the Brampton store and when arrived after a quick 5 day delivery realized that it was bigger then we thought and couldn't fit the staircase going to our basement.....well to our surprise when I called the sales lady Christine Samuel .she told us after speaking with head office that they' ll take it back and we can exchange it with one that will fit We were very happy an pleased with their respond and excellent customer service Thank you so much Arrow Furniture and Christine for the beautiful furniture we purchased and received in few days and your service ?

Unfortunately I shopped at Arrow furniture and from day one had bad experience one after the other . The way their staff spoke to me , was unbelievable! Not happy with my purchase. All my furniture arrived rapped in plastic bag but when I asked them to exchange it with bigger size furniture because the size of furniture doesn't seem standard, I was told you need to have the box ! I would recommend to shop somewhere that have respect for customer.I'm very sorry for my own mistake by giving them business. Never again.

From the time of my first visit, I was impressed with the quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision or to compromise. But the staff listened and understoom my needs and guided me in the showroom. The communication for delivery and set up was impeccable. Today I have my new dining room furniture and some pieces for my den. I could not be happier. I have no hesitation recommending Arrow Furniture.

I had to purchase quite alot of condo furniture and was overwhelmed by the process and spent hours on line trying to decide what to get. Israel who is also a talented designer at Arrow furniture helped me beyond expectations and was very personalble and knowledgeable, unlike the service I had received in other furniture stores. Everything was expedited quickly and timely and I never had to wait for service. The selection and quality of the furniture is outstanding and now thanks to Arrow Furniture I have a beautiful home! Thank you Arrow!

I have purchased from small to large items from them and have always had a great experience! I am so overjoyed and happy with my most recent purchase. I got a Queen sized bed frame (not the set) that is not only gorgeous but amazing quality. I didn't know that all my life I have been sleeping in lesser or compromised bed frames. This bed is not only gorgeous (an has a backlight that goes off by touch) but is is solid as a bull! It is not overly heavy but it is so firm and sturdy. What a difference it makes in my sleeping experience! I also bought an absolutely modern gorgeous metallic and glass coffee table (yes I consider it decently expensive to purchase) but the difference it makes in my home is night and day! It is also a great piece to have. I love it. I agree you get what you pay for. Thank you Arrow for your wonderful products and great service !

An absolutely wonderful gentlemen by the name of Gregory took the time and the patience to discuss everything with us in detail. He was not pushy or intimidating and provided us with impeccable service. His honesty, patience and knowledge was outstanding. We ordered our gorgeous modern leather sofa and love seat. The furniture had been ordered in August 2021 but scheduled to arrive in October. We were aware that due to the pandemic, supply chain would be an issue. We were not expecting it to be delayed for months though. Due to delay after delay we received a call from Sri. He is a phenomenal gentleman and explained that he was calling to inform us that the furniture company, Palliser, in Winnipeg was doing its best to manufacture the sofas but due to a shortage of materials there would be delay. He kept in touch with us via email and not once had he misled us or gotten our hopes up. He was extremely professional and patient and his response time was exceptionally quick and efficient. He waived the delivery charges and made special arrangements to have our furniture delivered recently. It was well worth the wait. We had a pleasant and amazing experience working with the extraordinary team at Arrow Furniture in North York. We would also like to thank the delivery team for their fantastic service and professionalism. We highly recommend Arrow Furniture in North York not only for their great service but also for the huge selection of beautifully crafted furniture they offer.

It was my first time there, and everyone was a pleasure to work with, offered quality products, and the prices couldn't be beat. Once ordered, the items were delivered the next week (so fast!) and the delivery folks were courteous and professional and efficient. I will most definitely be coming back here as needs arise for my home. I'll also be recommending Arrow to friends and family.

There quality is unlike the other furniture stores where you have to change every few years cheap quality... Arrow Furniture has some of fine quality and the prices are very reasonable... My first purchase was back in 2017 leather sofa set over 15 years and there still in good shape. I really felt comfortable shopping the guys were awesome and sale person and the manager were very helpful. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends. Lastly but not least, I had a small issue with my cocktail table and I called the customer service Rachel to inform them about the issue she asked for few photos and boom she called me back to sechdual the delivery date and she sent me another cocktail table without any problems. 5/5⭐ sale guy 5/5⭐ store manager 5/5⭐ customer service 5/5⭐ delivery guys and timing 5/5⭐ Furniture Quality
